As a professional with a background in the financial industry, I saw firsthand how many successful, growth-oriented advisory firms were being held back. The problem wasn't just operational chaos from a "Frankenstein" tech stack; it was the struggle to build deep, personal trust in a digital world.
Advisors had to choose: focus on back-office efficiency or front-office relationship-building.
